Our checklists and guides are provided free for your own internal use. You may share them with colleagues inside your organisation. You may not resell them, publish them as your own, or remove our name from them.
Examples use demo data and describe real-world patterns. They are not client cases and are not tailored to your environment. Test anything in a non-production instance before you use it in production.
The resources are provided "as is", without any promise that they are complete, current or suitable for your situation. ServiceNow platform behavior changes between releases, so check what you read against your own instance and release.
